major vibrating

I have put a new prop shaft on the front of my sj and had to drive it about a mile to my unit.
I have no back prop on at the moment so had to drive it in 4x4
I got to around 20 mph and it just started vibrating my vehicle like mad my 4wd selector gear stick vibrates like mad any ideas as im stuck on this one and dont wanna take it to a garage if its a simple fix

Have you had the fitted prop shaft apart?

If so check the joints are in phase.

yes ive had it apart to clean the shaft and grease it. what exactly do you mean by joints in phase??

The UJ's have to line up correctly.

Transfer box mounts? Loose or bent?

cheers jordi ill get under her tomorrow when ive got more light and check if there loose or bent. ill grab some photos on just incase I get stuck fingers crossed its just loose. I have taken the spacer off as advised in previous topic. I also noticed my stick jumps out of 4x4 occasionally

If it's as the pic, that's what I mean by phase.

It's not 90 degrees out at one end then it's ok.

So it could be as Jordi says and be the transfer box mounts.

yes this maybe why its jumping out of gear
cheers guys ill let you know when ive had a look in morning. If it is the mounts or they are bent is there an upgrade i can purchase?
