Carb screws...

Post by twiss » Tue Feb 04, 2014 12:47 am

and once again 2 carb screws have escaped!!! they have sodding nylock on them how do they keep escaping???

think i might drill the holes out tomorrow and put some tiny bolts through them!!!

going to have to upgrade to fuel injection so I don't have to keep replacing the screws :P

lol well if i ever find them you can have them back! i'm actually tempted to retap the carb body so i can use a regular bolt to hold the dashpot on!!!

Maybe try a tiny bit of thread locker on them
There's three ways of doing things:

The right way,
The wrong way
And my way, which is like the wrong way but faster.
