Reversing light gearbox switch location?

I'm having probs with the reversing lights not working, I've checked the bulbs and holders and wiring to them all seem ok, other rear lights ok, even the fog light works! So my next thought is the switch which must be on the gearbox? I had a quick crawl under the sj today, saw a wire go to transfer box, assume that is the 4x4 dash board light switch but can't see any switch on the gearbox, can anybody shed some light please?

Mines on the top about half way down the length of the unit.

You might be able to see it from the engine bay.

The fuse is shared with the indicators 10A.
The wires to the switch on the later type 410 are the same as the 413, Red and yellow.
On my 413 you can find the connector to the switch next to the coil.
Yellow is the supply.

I couldn't wait! I went out armed with a torch, put ignition on, in reverse and wiggled the connection plug by the coil and hey presto, reverse lights came to life! Thanks again for the info
