Door cards

Post by timwilks13 » Thu Jan 16, 2014 2:15 pm

Missing one door card and the other is all torn so been wanting to make some new ones, seen many people go on about chequer plate but that (personally) doesnt look good. I did however find a spare pack of wooden floor laminate in my garage last night, as its nice to be original, just wanted to see if anyone else has taken the pine effect wooden laminate door card approach?

I was planning on using 3mm marine ply. Not as rattly as aluminium or chequer plate.

I'd like to see how that comes out. My door cards need replacing too...
