Stater
Stater
Hello did a clutch on my Sammy and when I put it all back together I put the starter on and it sounds like the starter is really struggling to turn the engine over can someone one show me a picture of what wires go where on the starter thanks!
Re: Stater
you just have the 12 volts on the two main bolt connectors, and a switched 12 volt on the solenoid to engage it. you tried to pull start it to make sure it is the starter, and there's not anything else wrong with the engine? just a thought
It's not a question of how much you spend on your suzuki, but when your money will run out
Re: Stater
Naa there's nothing wrong with the engine because it was running sweet before the clutch change would a fucked battery cause it

Re: Stater
Yeah cuz you can see the engine turning over haha but it just sounds really strained and it was fine before hand
Re: Stater
Try loosening the starter motor mount bolts and pulling the starter away from the engine block. It sounds like its a bit tight in mesh with the flywheel making it tight to turn

Re: Stater
Yes, but changing your clutch wouldn't bugger the battery.
There's three ways of doing things:
The right way,
The wrong way
And my way, which is like the wrong way but faster.
