Re: Project KJA
Yea I like the black one.. But the holes don't line up with the front end any more and I'm not fussed on the Santana part lol. So I'm going black with the newer one.
Spent the morning on the thing again, fan system is all wired up and should now come on when she gets warm. Relays even got its own little home, with a spare relay for front spots in the future.
Put a few pipes on,
Oh forgot - found a decent bonnet just up the road from me, needs a rub down and paint and can go strait on, tidy.
Put the throttle cable in and some things happened it's now to short, so will have to buy a new one. - bugger.

Tidy, nice idea. the actual body is good, just the cable is too short and damaged.

eBay, I bought a length of it, I used it for the fuel lines on the back end and had some spare so used it for that.

Re: Project KJA
More of an update of today,
Put new yellow nice winch rope on rear winch,
Filled brake system,
Put pin in brake peddle,
Bled brake system , easy for now cos its all new
Took for first drive - wicked
Clutch not right ?
Put bolt back in peddle box to adjust clutch peddle hight,
Better but clutch slipping,
Found no more adjustment on clutch cable ?
Never mind - extend clutch cable bracket by 40mm
Test - now everything is spot on.. Tidy
Love the gear box - click - click - click - nice
Still might have to consider smaller seats - still awkward
Play around for a while with a big smile
Then make these and turn the garage green, here's a tip if you ever do it / wear a MASK.
