new to owning a SJ, let me know what you think
hi bought an SJ a month or so ago, only bought it for winter really thinking we were going to have a bad winter. but ive been offroading in it and its a really good laugh!
its only a Sj410, but has all the receipts and history since new, even has the receipt from when it was bought new.
has 47k mileage,
alpha romeo front full leather seats with leather armrest!
I bought it thinking it was just standard but people have said it has different wheels and could be lifted?? I don't know if im honest though..
heres some pictures I have of it..
im also selling a SJ43 engine I got for it in the for sale section
cheers!!

Hi. Looks like it has a shackle lift and some wide alloys from a late Jimny.
The plastic arches have been added so suit the extra width from the offset alloys.
Whereabouts in the world are you?

haha cheers. only thing it lacks is a bit more power :( but I think I might resist temptation of a conversion cos I don't think ill be keeping it that long.. could probably do with so offroad tyres but then again ive never been stuck yet!!
and ah cool, were do you go offroading at? only place I know is over by counden because I really don't want to travel far.

Re: new to owning a SJ, let me know what you think
I go anywhere, haven't been out since November as mine is awaiting TLC in Jan and Feb ready for a few club meets and laning trips later on.
Been to Robin Hoods bay, pea farm, wagtail. Met up with quite a few of the lads in Wiltshire last July.
Hoping to explore a lot of lanes around Scarborough this year soon as me and Tim get our Zuks sorted.
