If the distributor has been turned may have altered timing. If all the.marks line up easiest way to do it is with a timing light.

Il have a look because it wants to start would dirty fuel stop it from starting

Dirty fuel shouldn't be too much of an an issue unless it has blocked the carb up.

Have you tried blowing down the carb fuel in pipe yet?

Not yet I'm going to see if all fuel pipes are clogged and clean the carb out tomorrow but I tried easy start dint work

So close to the old girl starting all it is is the dizzy cap needs rotating slightly

It's a timing issue then. Just a case of have someone turn it over while you turn the dizzy till it fire.

If it fires with the dizzy all the way to one side might be an to check the timing belt markings are all set correct and if they are pull the dizzy out and rotate it a tooth.

Naa it wants to fire when I turn it towards the middle but it's really hard because it's just so hard to get it in the right position haha but I got it cough it to life for like a second then I knocked it by accident haha

Yeah, certainly sounds like it's just a spark timing issue. Get yourself an extra pair of hands and have a play.
There's three ways of doing things:
