It sounds an easy fix really.
Tyres are easy if you are just going ON road. I'm sure someone on here will have a reverse light cover for a couple of quid. With the hazards they just wont have been used ('cos it's a Zook and they don't break down, LOL) So just try turning them on and off lots of times. Sounds daft but may just clean the contacts in the switch.
As for the fuel it might be just a bunged up fuel filter. It's on the inside of the chassis by the drivers side rear wheel.
