Hello all
just joined up - have had a 410 for a while though, its SORN at the moment, will hopefully be back on in time for Christmas
Anyone got any hints or tips on best value electric fan - in deep water the one on it at the moment seems to be almost conking the engine with the extra resistance, only got out by the skin of my teeth and much dashboard thumping on a couple of occasions :)
Cheers
Craig

:welcome:

You look to be having some fun there, good on ya!

Have a look around you local scrapper or keep your eye on ebay, or even ask on here for a fan. Just about anything can be made to fit. I think I've got a KA one kicking about, you could pick oneof those up easy enough.

Welcome to the club  .
To be honest your better off with a switch to turn off the fan whilst driving through deep water.
The fan won't like it, it throws water over the electricory.
The water would cool everything.
I'm surprised it even comes on in the water.

If you did do this though I would wire it so when it's switched off a warning light shows.
Just so you don't forget to switch it back on after wading.
