Had loads of quotes to get it recovered at no less than £120 for 28 miles, so took the yorkshire approach, kickout out the windscreen, strapped the doors shut, gave my mate a scarf gloves and goggles and drove it home on 3 33"s and one 255, fun times!

Went up that hill behind but could get over, then rolling back down the front wheels came off those concrete sleepers and started to swing the front end round, my mate put right hand down to straighten up but just slid then as we hit the bottom the wheels gripped again and over we went, pulled drivers front off its bead on the way over.ROBBIE wrote:But Tim how???

Well mot is up in 3 months and chassis is rotten to fudge so would have been scrapped anyway so anything worth while keeping, lift kit, tyres reinforced props and trailing arms etc will come off and send it to Mr scrap man. we'll see if the damage buffs out with some t-cut but if not just get rid.Jordi wrote:timwilks13 wrote:Had loads of quotes to get it recovered at no less than £120 for 28 miles, so took the yorkshire approach, kickout out the windscreen, strapped the doors shut, gave my mate a scarf gloves and goggles and drove it home on 3 33"s and one 255, fun times!
