dashboard warning lights
problem with warning lights not resolved and i have trayed all possible way i dont know what to do any more .(P) (!) BATTERY stilll on when car running.heeeeelp

My battery light and hazzard light comes on when the engine is ticking over very low as I need to adjust my idler screw a bit but once I Mr has a few revs it is fine and goes out

have you tried a different battery, just to see if your battery is up to scratch? could possibly also be your alternator not charging at the correct voltage
It's not a question of how much you spend on your suzuki, but when your money will run out

Well I can't work out why they are all on as they are 2 different circuits.
When the alternator is not charging the r/w wire is earthed, this makes the battery light come on and the fluid level light. When it's charging the r/w wire becomes 12v positive making them go out. The fluid level then works via its own switch.
As it's still charging I can only assume the alternator regulator assembly is playing up.
The handbrake light is nothing more than a switch to earth.
Diagram may help explain.
With the engine not running but ignition on and you disconnect the round plug from the alternator the 2 lights should go out.
Again disconnect the wire at the handbrake switch and see if that light goes out.
If they don't I can only think of a short circuit somewhere.

thanks lads for your big help i have problem with warning lights resolved it was alternator regulator problem i just change it and its back to normal.thank you again for happy days
