As request Jordi more posts! Door is repaired, by no means perfect but should give me a year or so. Painting continues, and arches are being done as the paint dries!

I have only patched up the big hole in the bottom, its starting to rust up inside the door pretty badly, so that will come through sooner than later i imagine.

Take the door card off, rub down the rust, give it a good coating with red oxide. You won't have to worry about it for years then.
