Thanks I have rebuild kits for both sides as the swivel seals are leaking and kingpin bearings showing some wear so I will strip everything down and paint e, t, c . Thats my next job along with the exhaustdazerede wrote:Wow u have done a realy nice job on.this sj

Managed to get both sides rebuilt with new wheel bearings, half shaft seals, kingpin bearings and swivel seals also cleaned and sprayed everything up

Hello mate I would like to know how your toyota prop is working out for you. I have unparallel prop angles and hoped this mod would help. I am thinking front and back with a notch cut out the chassis at the front.

Well i dont really use it that often but i have no vibration coming from it and it made a massive improvement to the way it drives, well worth doing

Time for a little update i think in the last month ive replaced:
- Timing belt, tensioner and water pump
- Front wheel hub bearings and seals
- Rear wheel bearings and seals
- General engine service oil, filters e,t,c
- Wheels replaced for steel 15x7 rims refitted my original 31" tyres
- Oh and a damn good clean

Sorry but I thought I did have some drawings but I can't for life of me think where I have put them perhaps I have thrown them out but more than likely I have them in a safe place so safe I can't find them myself but il keep looking. To be honest though the brackets are pretty self explanatory if you put a spring in place and make a template.
