Ive had 3 midland CBs of that all died eventually!
I keep fixing them but they keep popping capacitors and I've grown bored of soldering them on!
In summary, I wouldn't buy a midland CB again... unless it was REALLY cheap

I bought my midland second hand, I'd love to know if it actually works!
1985 SJ413VX (SJ50V) with SPOA, rear disc brakes, 31x10.5R15 Kaiman Malatesta tyres, an MOT and a lot left to do!

i got a cheap £50 kit cb and ariel and it has been superb clear as anything and good distance

I was reading this and had a page open on cbs, when the farmer that works at the works strolled in the control room and seen it. And then kindly donated this spare one out of his tractor. Good clean and looks like this.
