I would love it! but how could I keep it in that condition? I couldn't! I wouldn't be the owner it needs I'd be the type of owner wanting to take it out and use it and then it wouldn't be the mint example it is!

When I was in NZ it looked like the locals spent more on their toys than their houses. We saw some proper shacks, all most falling down, but they had some right toys outside.
