Mine took a few hard uses and a couple of 100miles.

How much longer than standard springs are your lift springs?
I think you will still need extended bump stops.

There will be a difference as lift springs need to be longer to allow a great curve for the extra lift. They sound almost as long as standard rear springs.
Extended shackles and bump stops should solve the problems.
I'd get onto montain goat! Send them the photos and see what their opinion is.

Yeah I hope so. I've sent him an email with the pictures so hopefully he'll get back to me tomorrow, thanks for all the info, it's probably a ball ache explaining this all the time to new timers

I use mine for work (24mile a week), typical days laning is 50-60miles done a few trips, been to pay n play a few times. Drove it down to the 4x4 show at billing and back. That's the furthest i've driven it in one go.TomBod08 wrote:Wow I've only done about 450 since February
We all start somewhere. And the price you paid for it i wouldn't accept anything other than them sorting it!
If its marketed as a "bolt on complete system" it shouldn't do stuff like that or need you to "adjust" anything else.

True that's what I was thinking. While your here do you guys all go green laning together, been wanting to go for a while but have no one to go with? But I'm guessing you all live down south?

Is the pin that locates in the axle at mid length, or off centre?
Could you have put the front axle spring on the front axle, but effectively the front loop at the back and vice versa, if you understand what I'm saying? Or am I talking crap?
I totally agree with Jordi, for that price they need to help you sort it out.
