Yeah that rear shackle does seam to be leaning in a bit

I just measured them again and the ones at the back are definitely longer than the front ones, only by a couple of inches though.

Only shackles i've seen for sale are 2" longer (far, far too long). Easier way is to get some plate and bolts and make some. The way i understand it is - the distance from shackle hanger to the shackle at LESS than 90deg CURVED VIA THE BUMPSTOP should be about the same as an almost flat spring with the spring measured along the length of the longest spring bush centre to centre.
That allows the spring to go as flat as possible with out bending back on itself or distorting into and "s" shape if the gap between spring hanger and shackle is too short.
That is my understanding if i am wrong i apologise, sure someone (most likely Scottie) will correct me.

I'm stumped then, the rears look too short to me... Are they catching on the shackle stop bar? I had a photo somewhere of when I put rears on the front of mine and that's exactly what they looked like. I don't think you have over flexed as being a spring it should push back to its origional position. Ive got three inch springs. And I think is going to be a issue on mine.
Im assuming that with the 3 inch lift the top spring leaf has to be slightly
Longer due to the curve of the spring.
If its an issue im thinking of re drilling the fixed mount eyelet and letting
The spring move back slightly. And possibly adding a few mm to the front shackle.

I know it's like the front ones are a couple of inches too long. They look back on front to me to, my 3" calmini's on long shackles have been fine, measure your old springs and compare to the new 1s

Yeah that would work, you surely shouldn't need to do any drilling though, they should just fit then put some longer shackles on.
