Front axle Swivel seals, how do i replace them?

The service manual does say its OK to cut them, but next time I do them I wouldn't cut them again.

One of mine is cut and the other one isn't and both the oil seals have been destroyed anyway so I'm not sure it makes that much difference. :roll:
