System admin for me is turning the phone off and back on again.

As an electrician we cure lots of things by 'power cycling' them, it sounds better than 'I switched it off then back on' where I work now they say 'recycled' instead of power cycle. recycle is a term that I don't like, it makes it sound like you threw it in an appropriate receptacle and fitted a new one. Powe cycle is much better
