I bought my 1st sammy blind :shock:, an ebay special... then i got a plane, a bus and a train to go get it... from GLASGOW!! bloody long drive home that was!

Oh and the 1st time i'd ever driven a zuk was as i drove away from the guys house after handing over the cash...

still i only had to get a hovercraft and a ferry to get my current one... from the isle of wight haha. If i ever buy another i intend to find one much closer to home :hahaha: :hahaha:
if in doubt, FLAT OUT!

mans tool kit > duct tape, wd40 and a bfh is all you ever need

all my work mates and friends thought i was mad at the time... and after having spent 10 hours driving it back home (only 4 fuel stops as the fuel reading needle didn't work) i think i may of been ever so slightly :screwy:

Everyone said i was barmy for doing a 600 mile round trip just for parts. I've been told the same anout wiltshire "so you're driving nearly 300miles to go drive round the countryside".

Now that really is a long journey! I think 30 miles is about the furthest I've been!

I gave my mate a lift to aberdare once to pick up a roof for his escort xr3i, and it turned out to be crap and he didn't buy it... he paid my petrol though so i dont mind haha
