Jimny 1.6 not as good as an SJ but still good

Yeah me too, in fact x2 of the previous owners were SCUK'ers (or at least had an 'our car' page) I tried contacting someone on facebook who I thought might have been a previous owner but heard nothing back,

The SJ was bought out of the local ads paper, the Samurai was bought off a bloke who my Dad worked with. The other 2 are ebay specials.

Mine came from a guy about 4 roundabouts from where I now live.

He said it was his pride and joy camping vehicle and would hate to see it cut up and modified.....

Maybe I should go say hi. At least the cutting got rid of the rust!

Mine came from a guy up the a23. And he had to sell it as his missus hated seeing it on there front garden.

I found mine on ebay but it was just up the road from my house.
86 SJ413 tin top, 1.6 8v, SU carb, YJ spring conversion, virtual lift, 33x12.5x15 KL71's, rocklobster, rear discs, power steering.

I had to go to Barnstaple, 122 miles each way, and I had to be recovered on the way home :hahaha:

I bought my first one privately, 30 miles east, and the 2nd (my current) one I won on ebay for the bargain price of £700, 30 miles west :)
