Mine aren't rubber they are plastic, simply held on the original arch with self tapping screws.

I'll be using some rubber that work use for the padding between two corridor connected coaches(Stops buffet stewards and people looking for the loo falling out). As you can see with this photo of about a fifth of our current fleet, we have a few!

I have no problem with jumping in to a skip if it is for something free :D if anyone wants some of this stuff, send me a PM, you'll only pay for the postage ;) I'll have a go at making some wheel arches sometime in the next week or two.
