HELP !!! Advice needed asap

I was wading today and submerged my sj. It cut out. I havnt re started it yet iv took the plugs out and I'm gona change oil. What else do I need to do before I try to start it. Iv got a 1600 spi engine

Check all air intake for water ingestion. Take the plugs out and turn it over by hand.

Oil and filters as you said, check inside the dizzy cap.

If the ECU went underwater, make sure that is fully dried out before starting it up as well.
