Well when my sj engine gives up as its bound to at some point in my fam were all petrol heads and in a m8 lockup my uncle has a tweeked hyabusa witch has been written off was dynod at 238 bhp for those who dont know there a 1300cc inline 4 engine made by suzuki now i know the parts are out the to run one thro a car so sound like good future plans or two mich power for a sj and if needs be they can be turbod and see arond the the 500bhp mark

Will make a good noise for sure. Might struggle a bit for torque but because it revs so high I'm sure it can be fixed with gearing. There are a couple of busa engined SJs on youtube.

Not enough torque and no low down power. Probably fine on road but i wouldn't fancy trying to drive slow and steady with it at 12000rpm.

I'd stick with a lower HP engine with more low down torque

As said would be awesome on road in a straight line, offroad however you would have to have really low gearing so you can thrash the shit out of it to get the torque.

Yeah thats a goos point what sorta fpt does a sj have at stock the only over lump i have a lyeing around is about 125bhp and 95fpt but it redlines at 10k so its alot lazyer came from a muscle bike

G16s are easy enough. As i found, unless you do a stupid mistake.

Or there is ladamans M15 thread now, bit more complicated. Lol.

It's not about how much power it puts out but where in the rev range that it hits peak power when it comes to an offroader, all these bike engines will hit peak power at very high rpms

SJ 1.3 and Vit 1.6 engines hit peak torque at 4000rpm
hayabussa engines hit peak torque at around 7000rpm
