Halfords, you must be joking!!!!

Went there one sunday for some Ford gearbox oil, £12 for half a litre, drove the 5 miles to the only motor factor open locally on a Sunday £3 for a full litre!!!! Their oil/air filters are double the price. Needed a heater plug one sunday £15 for one, a full set at the motor factor £20, (and before anyone says they were good quality ones).

The moral is don't bother, unless your really desperate on a Sunday.

Go to your local motor factor, cheaper, hold more stock and usually they know have someone who at least knows what they are talking about.

I agree with that I only use them for last resort I refuse to by nuts n bolts from them etc and oil and batterys etc only because I live 2miles from onr of the biggest battery distrubters in the south!

The card was free all I had to do was write my adress on a piece of paper with my name and wola I have a card

I havnt used it yet tho

But I will still go motor parts direct for parts as they are 2 miles from my door unlike halfords the nearest halfords from my house is like 12-15 miles away :middelfangers:

i use halfords for spray paint thts it but in the same distance from my house i have a rrd automotive and two motormainas and minoferm and some over car part shops and a batter place just down the road that i have a trad card for so bosh batterys at trade cost
