can any one help me
is a jimny power steering pump the same as a vitara pump??
or will a jimny pump fit a 8v vit engine??

the jimny pump is different to the vitara one

if memory serves me, the jimny pump doesn't need a wedge shaped adapter mount, whereas the vitara one does

and yes... the jimny pump can be be fitted to an 8v vit engine, in an SJ

Well twiss you memory aint brilliant is it? because you dont need a wedge to run the pump, do you mean you need a wedge to run a vitara steering box :P
