Hi everyone, am after some advice please:-
I would like to brighten up my dash lights and was thinking LED's would be the way to go.
Anyone have:-
Advice for purchase
Experience of colours (white will do me just want brighter?)
Advice for fitting? - requirements?
Good source?
I was just thinking about the larger (4 I think) main bulbs not the smaller warning lights.
Any info greatly appreciated.
Thanks, Geoff

Re: LED Dash lights
Hey, I don't know too much particulars about fitting led's in a car, but I know that the very light blue led's are the brightest in general, and green ones are the easiest on your eyes . also check if the one's you buy need a resistor, as some will blow when connected straight to 12v. look around, and I think there are led bulbs available that are a straight replacement for standard incandescents.
It's not a question of how much you spend on your suzuki, but when your money will run out

I put LED Bulbs in my Sammy dash when i changed it, and i used the wrong bulbs
the bulbs I had were directional, and in the sammy dash you need an all round pattern
think the bulbs i had only had a 80 DEG field of view, and resulted in the dash looking like this
very patchy light
what i should have got (and will) was these

much wider angle of light, just what you need in a sammy dash

Don't know what's going on there.
They where like a few quid yesterday .
Don't think there be selling many at £26 quid each

That is a tad on the steep side, and yes they were only £2.50 a pair
can only assume they have run out but don't want to cancel the listing ready for when stock arrives
