Challenge!

Post by dan_2k_uk » Wed Apr 24, 2013 8:07 pm

I've had a good search and can't find what I'm after.

Want a standard or standard looking steering damper for Helens Zook.

Can't seem to find info on dimensions for a standard 410 one which is a bit smaller than mine that I put on it as a temporary measure a year ago and has now died. Therefore I now have no standard one to measure.

My local parts man is no good either and all I can find online is ones for sale in europe.

Any links to a standard one or something from another vehicle that is about the right size would be good.

Only info I have found is this on some Jap car parts site but no info on eyelet size etc..

Lmin.: 320 mm
Lmax.: 470 mm
Piston: 32,5 mm

Found this

Don't wanna get stung for import tax for something I can probably buy here.

Also doesn't look to standard.
