Hi guys
i cant get the front shackles to sit right
have i welded them forward enof?
anyone got a pick i can have look of(side view)

Could probably do with going a little bit further forward or you could just run a slightly longer shackle as that will reduce the angle, you're about on the limit of what you can get away with, without risking flipping the shackle under compression, with an angle like that you will actually maximise the amount of droop you will get.

Are you intending on bracing that mount? It does need to be gusseted as it looks a bit weak as it is.

another half inch?
ye gna weld a peice make it triangle shape
used the bottom rear support spring as it was rite width

I'd say another half inch would be spot on, I've never been sure about redrilling the spring hangers as there's not really a huge amount of material there.

i drilled the rear eye back 3/4 inch it sat tidy naw
gnaa drill axle forward an inch as aint got much bulkhead clearance it rubs on full lock :(
my driver side is around an inch lower than passenger??
gonna change driver side spring also tommoz hopefully springs a bit nakered i have a few spares ther

Both of these really need some gussets in my opinion, they look a bit to weak for something that is supporting the heaviest end of a vehicle that will be used offroad.

I would really advise adding some gussets like these to avoid the risk of them failing or bending.

thanks guys i didnt put triangle bits in i put a peice in from front to top if you no wat i mean..
could weld gussets eiver side naw tho to strenphen it up but seems solid gave it loads of abuse on the weekend with no probs
