Mel Gibson drives an LJ50 in one of his early films "Tim". I only watched because of that.
I seem to remember being told by Shaun Bradley, who used to run the LJ80 register, that they blow up a couple of LJ's (LJ50's I guess) in a Roger Moore film "Gold". I started to watch it once but got bored with Roger Moores wooden acting, so I can't confirm it.
Hardy Kruger also drives an LJ50 (possibly an LJ80 I'm not sure now as its over 20 years since I've seen it) in a film called "Blue Fin".
Theres also a shot of a beige LJ80 in the background of a shot in the "The Man Who Sued God)
