I'm saving mine for the right moment Luke. Not sure when that will be though.

Maybe i'll wait till the catergory is "Ooops" and use some of the rolled pics.

Gotta let the anticipation build too, don't wanna peak too early.

I have also been thinking that the pictures might not be used in the order that the comp runs.

This way it doesn't matter if you use a wintery picture for your entry in spring or an autumn picture in summer etc.

But when compiling the calender I can choose which pictures suite which month on the calender.

Are you all happy with that idea?

OH GOD NO! :yuk:
There's three ways of doing things:

The right way,
The wrong way
And my way, which is like the wrong way but faster.

I've had a few ideas about the Opps theme to, it involves myself straddling the sj bonnet in a mankini with a misplaced appendage! I can't wait!

Hmmm i don't know if I like how votes can be changed halfway through! I'm sure ORR had 3 votes last timevi checked!

I changed my mind and went for Christoff's. After a second look at the photos I though ORR's was a bit too dark for a calender. Once it's printed on shiny paper I don't think it'll show up well enough.

I liked that pic best but didn't vote for it because it was too dark. However some pics appear dark on my pc until I open them in a editing program :er: . I've messed with the pc settings but not really improved things
I did tweek that photo though, probably to bright now. Anyway just messing...........

Just wanted to get it running and as there was a photo missing (beyond Hamer's control) I left the setting on so votes could be changed for this reason.

Next month I will try to run a bit of a tighter ship with regards to rules/general operation (courtesy email to let people know image was received might have been a good idea..... my bad)

We don't want to be too strict though. If I had of gone to the letter of the rules this month there would be considerably less photos and we don't want that. (We do need to start getting a bit strict on the "photos taken within the time frame of the entry period" though otherwise its not too fair on the people who are getting out and taking photos if another user just pulls their best suitable photo from the history of their truck every month. (again something not too fussed about in the beginning)
