A place for the monthly themed photo comp. A winner will be voted fro at the end of each month and at the end of the year we'll get a calendar printed for the following year using the winning photo from each month.

They do a pic of the month on the Clio forum I used to go on a lot. You won a hoody or a shirt with the forum logo on. I think nowadays it's a bit more and you get a massive pack with stickers, bottle opener and stuff with the logo on. And of course featuring your pic on the home screen.
I'm sure I know that girls bottom, the one on the left. Lucky you

So you need a volunteer to be the pic of the month rep or something. This person will provide inspiration and motivation for each months project. He has to start the competition each month and organise poll threads. He must also put together a rule book and monitor the entry's to control fairness.
Id be up for it if nobody else fits the bill. It's quite a commitment though.

Sounds like it could be a good idea. unfortunately though I doubt I could afford to make the prizes very big, the forum is 100% paid for out of my back pocket at the moment and merch sales barely cover the website costs.
I'm sure I could give some stickers away though and get a calendar printed at the end of each year.

How about a premium membership? Keep everything free except the competitions?
Or make it all about the competition. As much as it scares me. You all know prize or no prize Tramp is digging out his hot pants and stockings.
We already habe suzukis. What else do we need?

Sounds good to me. Be better if at the end of the year the best one wins a Canon EOS 650d and lens kit.

I am thinking about starting a premium membership, with a few small benefits. Ill maybe look into setting it up and working out what I can offer
Maybe a signed photo of tramp in his favourite outfit

Not quite sure you understand the word premium with statements like that Scottie.
Back to the drawing board. Have a rethink of potential premium benefits. Lol.
