Sorry albertross :middelfangers: you'll get one eventually.

Plans for this are to keep it pretty stock at the moment, I want to keep it a 1.3 for cheaper tax but it might see a swift gti engine eventually??????

And nooooooo robbie! You could give me £1500 for it once its all done if you want ;)

Does need quite a bit of welding but it's all in easy places  needs a starter and a alternator but I have a few of each so that's not a problem :D should look good once it's all tidied up.

I can definatley see the potential, & everyone knows that J reg samurai's are the best! Just out of curiosity what brand tyre is the spare? Do you think you will opt for a soft top for it? Keep us updated!

Cheers guys  Darrell that cracked me up :hahaha: it certainly needs a clean that's for sure!

I realised today that the top is quick release 6 clips and the rear section is off so ill prob not bother with a soft top for it. I've also got a bikini top I can use on it if I want.
It's a Goodyear of some sort on the spare but the ones fitted are different.

Gonna have a play one evening this week to see if I can get it running, I do have a few friends cars to sort before I can get to work on the bodywork though, think I could have most of it done in a day and I'm just going to get some better wings for the front, no mods planned yet apart from making a rear bumper and some tow points. Maybe a ruf and rascal rears For a tiny bit of lift and some bolt on rock sliders, I want to build tubular bumpers for the SWB so I'm tempted to put some on this as well?

As much as I want to keep it stock some bolt on mods to protect it if I go green laning are quite tempting.
