Got loads of SJ 410, 413(early type, think they are lower geared and 4 pinion, I think later ones are 2 pinion but not sure) and LJ's diffs as well. Like I said I have a mountain of them. Should have a spare door or two!!!! I'll have a look at the weekend check how many and condition.

ah cool! I would be after 2 rear of the early 413 diffs as they are lower geared than samurai diffs as you say.

awesome, if you do have some spare that would be great, my dads doors are rusted through!

I'll try to have a look in lock up's this weekend, they are 65 miles away from where I live!!! Moved house but still have the lock ups back up there with the LJ's and Morris Minor in them. My garage at home is full of Lambrettas and Vespas!!!

Thanks juncopartner,
I am going to strip the doors down to see what I really need then I will let you know what I need.
As for the front diff I was thinking off trying to adjust it to reduce the back lash if this is possible.
I've just got a rocklobster tbox as the one fitted was A sj413 with a fair amount of play from in put to out put also front bearing and seal nackered
I'm getting there with the little beast and will post so picks soon as I get some time to get stuck in

That's helpful but I'm trying to work out what part 10 is and I guess 16 is the vertical runner.
I took the door cards off and found only passenger regulator in place and both windows held in place with wood screwed along the bottom, so I think I need part 10,16, regulator for drivers side and the runner part that's on the bottom off the window plus some rubber seals.

Got the rocklobster tbox in and has sorted the horrendous whining just need to have a look at the front diff as when in 4l there is way too much slack/backlash and does not sound good, can the backlash be adjusted on lj diff?
