Welcome to :suzuki: clubUK matey, doors are pretty hard to get hold of but do pop up on the odd occasion. Your best bet is Germany www.ebay.de just search lj80 and loads of stuff will come up.

Yep that's the one
lots of little things to sort like fixing the windows so they wind up and down, tbox oil was grey so sorting new one, back lash in front diff of about 1/4 turn seems very exsesive plus front diff oil full of water as breather come off
Apart from that a very fun truck

The tbox oil being grey could just be water contamination or was there specs of metal in there? I would flush it and just add new oil to start with, as long as it doesn't whine it should be fine.

That does sound like it needs a front diff rebuild.

I have most parts for the LJ doors, stripped loads of rotten doors over the years and have at least 4 or 5 pairs of complete doors. The problem with them usually is the channel the glass sits in at the base of the window (from memory) as these usually rot away. I used to repair them by having a metal channel folded down at my uncles sheet metal factory. Can't remember how I used to fit them though!!! Thats usually the only part that causes the problem. Its also the only part I havn't got cos they are always rotten when you strip the doors down!!!!

Should have got some spares folded up before my uncle retired and my cousin bankrupt the firm!!!!

I also have a large mountain of spare diffs , In all the years of LJ SJ ownership I've only had one diff to replace. So because of that I have loads of LJ diffs and SJ diffs left over from doing disc brake conversions to LJ's, and from swapping LJ diffs into SJ for lower gearing.

Don't usually part with LJ stuff, but because I've got so much of the above bits, I am willing to part with them to help you out.

Also my dad needs a set of doors for his if you would be willing to sell a pair?
