i have a 1994 l reg sammy and it came with a box of jap spares and i want to sell them and this was in there but im not sure what it is so not sure what it is called as it is from a jap anus do i need it?

it goes behind your rear view mirror the half moon clips round the mirror stem an the 2 prongs go agenst the window.
is suposto stop vibration an give a better rear view.
