Sound proofing/deadening

so im looking at sound proofing my sj since it is going to be my daily driver, what do you lot think of slapping some of this to all of the inside of the body...

says it stops vibration and kills road noise, just need some nice material to glue over the top so i have a nice interior too

i would recommend dynamat , never really heard any bad reviews about it , they use it hell of alot in the professional side of aftermarket car audio install etc

maybe have a look at tanzuks build page for about a quarter down page 4 you will see it

only done side its not that cheap but you can get it all sorts of sizes

i know the dynamat is a better quality but its very expensive as you say, so i thought that vibe stuff i found wasnt a bad price for it, thanks for that though! will look at theat build thread...
