ferris, is that a no fear zuks one as well?

the usually have the round light holes for landy lights.

you seem to have the same tyres, backbox and almost bumper as me :)

Yeah i think it is the same as yours, just with those dam landy lights that brake all the time :x .

No zuke is complete without a cherry bomb on the back :guns: :lol: .

right sorry for the 2 month odd silence but finally got a couple of pics of what i've been working on

this is kinda what i originally had in my head when i was saying about a U bolt through the middle as a recovery point have since had a change of plan slightly.. but still using a length of 70mmx70mm box section that "just happened to be the right length" that i found at work :lol:

couple of photos of new bumper on a mill having pockets cut out and holes drilled ready for rear lights

and squaring up the edges of the mounting plates that will be used to bolt it to the truck

cutting up some bar on the crop saw

then jump on this old lathe. Produces vaguely ok components for being knackered and 50+ years old

new lights are the same led jobs that dan_2k is using, i bought 2 sets. (which reminds me pay up dan!)

mans tool kit > duct tape, wd40 and a bfh is all you ever need

I would definitely seal those light closed!

Mine were pre-sealed when I got them and as soon as I (reversed into a bank and) ruined the seals, they became useless! PCBs aren't particularly water resistant!

Twiss you cant really see in the photo but they are fully immersed in clear resin.
