Re: Non starter
You will have to either make new engine mounts or mod samurai ones to fit to put a 1.6 in it I'm afraid!
If you're gonna do it, its a good idea to do a 1.6 instead of a 1.3 though!
You could make like scott and put a vitara gearbox in it as well though if you're up to the challenge!

Re: Non starter
This is the samurai/413 way but I think 410s are different
The big chunky wire goes to battery +ve
The tiny wire goes to the battery light on the dash, then to the ignition

What colour wires are you trying to find a home for ?just wondering if any one could tell me where to wires go from the starter motor??
Black and yellow goes to the starter switch and via a diode the ignition coil.
Black and green goes to the ignition coil but where it connects on the starter nobody seems to know
Fat lot of help that was

Re: Non starter
The live wire that engages the starter motor onto the flywheel, where does the wire connect to?
When my anus was rolled this wire was ripped out and dont know where it should connect to.

Re: Non starter
Black with yellow tracer is the trigger from the ignition switch.
