Redline

Evenin' all.

The other day, I ended up watching a film called Redline. It's one of them Japanese Anime jobs, but it's actually pretty cool. There's another film of the same name that was released in 2007, but it's crap and completely unrelated. The 2009 one is this one.

It's about this illegal racing tournament set a LOOOOONG way in the future. The heats are various coloured-lines and the final is the Redline. It's absolutely mental. Things explode, all the freaking time and the main character looks like he's from Grease.

It's a hoot to watch, just don't ask 'Why?'.

That's a spot to watch on the net if you want, but it cuts off after 70 minutes, so you'll have to come back to it an hour later and skip forward to where you were.

I thought it was great. I'm having a mess about on Photoshop as we speak making an SJ Redline capable.

The right way,
The wrong way
And my way, which is like the wrong way but faster.

Here's what I've got so far:

I'm trying to decide how to shape the back. I'm stuck between having the roofline curve upwards and having a vertical rear, or having a reaaaally long fastback shape.
