90 must be a bit fun
![Laughing ](./images/smilies/icon_lol.gif)
I used to get 80 out of mine with a 1.6 8v on 33s, you really had to concentrate to say the least

guess it would be a bit more stable with the longer wheels though.

I got 70 out of mine with 235s, and a vit 8v lump... then more impressively it managed to do it for 50 miles

...and it wasn't really screaming!

It is quite easy in the LWB i should imagine it is because of the engine, it is a sweetie.
when ever i go from tct 10 to my friends house jct7 on the m20, i am often seeing the dial hit 85, and i am not flat on the boards
got to love small tyres and a light truck

I wouldn't trust the dial by the way, we got my mates 413 up to 90 on the speedo.
The GPS said we were doing 60 lol

The first time I drove up the motorway after putting the larger tyres on, I was just driving along as normal before I realised I was overtaking pretty much everyone! For the 100 mile round trip I was trying to figure out whether I was going fast or they were going slow!!! (My dial doesnt work)
Took the gps next time and was surprised to find it was me going fast!!!
Bigger tyres help you go faster cos of the difference in revolutions, but they also make your acceleration slower cos of the weight.
Thats why a 1.6 rocks

I ran mine off the top of the gauge the other day while going down Motlash hill into Scumthorpe with a severe case of road rage. I know that the gauge is it's a little optimisic, but when its gone past 80 and onto the black bit I'd say I was going fast. The little old engine sounded like it had turned into a gas turbine.
There's three ways of doing things:
The right way,
The wrong way
And my way, which is like the wrong way but faster.
