Tyre pliers

Post by Team Pink » Sun Nov 27, 2011 10:07 pm

I bought a set of Boab tyrepliers last week as I am fed up with breaking my back breaking beads with a high lift. I had 15 tyres to swap over at the weekend as I am changing to LR axles. It ended up as more as I had a good sort out.
To say they work well is an understatement, on normal tyres one push pops the bead, the only real trouble I had was a very rusty rim and old tyre (I needed the tube) where I had to start the bead with a hammer.
If you need to change tyres on an irregular basis this tool is ideal.
