Darrell, I've read this post through several times and need to reply..
There are several geniuses on here and after reading and seeing your posts and your diagrams and after all the problems you've solved for me through reading said posts I've come to the conclusion that you are one of them.. A genius.. Well done mate and keep up the good work, newby's like me need all the help we can get :salute:

P.S. You can't weld can you? (See my build thread)
As it happens yes (only mig & arc), but I don't own any welding gear as I only use it at work. They do let me use it (at work) for any odd jobs though. To be honest mig is quite easy to use and I would recommend buying your own gear. Just practise on scrap thin steel until your happy to tackle it. Body work is very thin so needs lots of little welds but I always end up welding too much in one go and make the panels warp :argh: . The gas is the expensive bit but you can buy decent size bottles now that can be exchanged. Much better than those throw away little things.

The "P.S. You can't weld can you" was just my sad sense of humour.. I wasn't trying it on but guess what.. I was right you can weld too :salute:
