Add a leafs

Just got a set from Feris
Do they go at the bottom in the front? & where do they go at the rear. Do you need longer U bolts.

It depends on the rear, if you have that big flat leaf on the bottom of the pack the add-a-leaf should go above that. Il stick a pick up later. I used the old u bolts on mine but it was a tight fit.

On my samurai, the front and rear springs both have the flat leaf at the bottom. I just took the flat leaf off, put the addaleaf on, then put the flat leaf back on.

My U-bolts were *just* long enough...

Here is a picture of my rear leaf, the add-a-leaf is the second from bottom.

In the picture i'v bolted the spring plate to the bottom of the spring pack, you don't have to do that, i can't remember why i did :er: .

How do you get the middle bolt out that goes through the leaf, the bolt just turns & being a coach bolt there is very little head to grab to stop it, was going to use a grinder & cut it off.
