I run my SJ and another car and I'm only 21, but what I do is insure the SJ, tax it then cancel the insurance during the cooling off period. Then when I want to use my SJ I just add it to my other cars insurance as a temp car so I only pay a daily rate. Though due to a change in the law this is now not legal, but I havent got a letter through the post about it yet.

Ha she wont be getting scrapped for a long time. And ive just come in from clearing out a space in the garage, behind the vw campervan that hasnt moved for 18 months, the panda project and half of my old white sj!

And i sold some parts to a guy who had just bought an sj, and he wants to sell so i could be having another one in the family 8-)

£400 is what he wants, bit steep but im sure we can negotiate after ive been to have another look

Is that the SJ he wants £400 for? if it's running with those parts on I would say It's a bargain with today's SJ market!

my green Van 410 that needed work and was totally standard went for £280 on ebay!
