Where do you get parts

Post by Smalljeep » Sun May 29, 2011 1:04 am

Im finding getting parts to be a right pain at the moment, the samurai is a really easy thing to work with but parts are slowing it all up.
I need gaskets, a thermostat, a bumper, probably brake lines soon but my motorfactors doenst really have much, ebay isnt really that good and i dont know where else to use.
Any good parts places then? Even something from suzuki.

Brakelines from llama 4x4 in the recommended traders section.

General service items like belts, wheelbearings etc from a motor factors.

Certain things you might have to go direct to a suzuki main dealer for and put up with the prices.

Gaskets from the gasket shop or a main stealer.

You can use seek part 24 to find part numbers and then Google the part numboer as well

any resident breakers on here for some bodywork parts, i assume its going to be expensive for new bumpers.
Is it suzuki.co.uk for the dealer parts?

Standard bumper will probably be un available.

Most of us have either upgraded to winch bumpers, or have made our own. Have you rang round the breakers
