I think the 3000s are harder, designed for use with lift kits I think.

I had ES3000s on mine... have taken them off because they are so hard!!!
If you're racing on loose surface I'd imagine they'd be alright...
...but they are rubbish for road use!!! SO BUMPY!

Bedford rascal rear springs and rear sj springs up front the problem with SJs is that the springs are too short to give a good ride, use longer springs at each end and you improve articulation and comfort

Will have to look out for some Bedford rascal rear springs dose any 1 know for some
