started on my diff guard today,i dont think i need it but because i can why not

got abit more done on the diff guard tonight




it is about 3mm from the ring gear

hear you can see that after i have welded it i will need to grind out around where the bolts go

Don't think your gonna have to worry about denting the diff pan now

it will be abit more than that with the gasket on there as well.

well got all 3 tacked up tonight ready to weld up tomorrow.

it also feels like i got some metal in my eye agine so will be another trip to a&e but this time it will be stright to bath a&e not trowbridge a&e like last time

had the metal dug out my eye today and then welded up the diff guards,just got to drill the holes for the filler plugs then find some thin nuts to weld on the inside.
