loads of my mates have MK2 Golfs, in Drivers, Gtis and VR6s. Really nice cars, all you need to do to make them look good is whack on some coilovers and wheel spacers and slam it to the floor

in my garage?

right i dont have a garage.. but i have office keys to a car rental company in west sussex...

only thing in my garage is.... a 2001 yamaha fazer with not wiring loom... mudguards tank.... hell.... its only got wheels and an engine.

my sj lives in my street.

my other sj is at work.. behind the fleet of new hyundias

havent got time to take pics off all the cars... i started in 2008... the photo data takes up 4GB... nuff said.

twiss.... your girlfriends car is french.. burn it.

It's already lowered, still running stock bbs alloys though, got a stainless exhaust, it's a twin dtm tailpipe so thats gotta be changed

and it's an 8V with a few tweaks running 136bhp IIRC nothing huge but I'll prob swap the engine eventually to something a bit meatier

I got it for a bargain price and it only needs minor work to tidy it up, needs a new roof lining, a tiny dent on the front D/S wing and a small patch of rust sorting on the tail gate!

sounds awesome Scott, they're so much fun to drive, so different to driving an sj, going from being really high and having 40mph feel like a normal speed, to basically sitting on the floor and 60mph feeling normal! haha almost feels like a go-kart, really good fun in the corners too!

Yeah I've got a lot of mates with them, so I've driven a few.

This is my mates old one on 13" minilites

Then he completely stripped it, sparayed it and fitted a VR6

They go bloody well with that engine

And his newest one (no.4)that also got a complete respray

I really dig those mini-lites, deep dish! Yeah, I've heard they go really well with a VR6, this Golf has a VR6 engine in it, love how stealthy looking it is.
